Boutique de France is located in Illzach, Alsace, France and specializes in Authentic Luxurious Table and Home Decorations products exclusively Made in France. Boutique de France SAS is an authorized dealer and is entitled with the rights to sell its Suppliers' products featured on its website www.boutiquedefrance.com.

Boutique de France reserves the right to change the General Sales Terms and Conditions anytime without notice. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

ORDERS

On-line orders may be placed by private individuals aged over 18, and corporations worldwide. For orders placed for re-sale purposes, contact us at contact@boutiquedefrance.com .

Customer Account

To place an order on Boutiquedefrance.com, customers will need a customer account. First time customers need to create an account on-line before ordering. Returning customers will login with their account ID and password and proceed with their order.

Information requested to create an account on Boutiquedefrance.com are first and last name, valid email address. When placing an order additional information will be requested such as postal addresses for billing and delivery and a valid telephone number.

This information is solely used for order processing, shipping and communication between customer and Boutique de France SAS. The customer has the right to access and change his personal information on his account any time. For more information see Privacy Policy in the Conditions of Use.

Delivery zone

The default currency display on Boutiquedefrance.com is US$.

Order Placement

Articles selected on the e-catalog will be stored in the shopping Cart. Customers can view their cart anytime, return to shopping or proceed to check-out. The “view cart” will display all items selected including image, reference number with size and color, quantity, price (excluding of tax) and estimated shipping fees. When proceeding to check-out, final shipping fees will be displayed in the shipment section according to selected shipping mode and country of delivery.

Before proceeding to check-out, customer must review their order carefully checking article names, sizes, colors, quantities and prices.

Acceptance of Boutiquedefrance.com General Sales Terms and Conditions must be done to confirm order and proceed to payment.

While every effort is made for best accuracy, we cannot guarantee that product pictures displayed on the website will match at 100% the original product color, as variations may occur due to camera material, image processing, or color reproduction ability of your computer material. Therefore, Boutique de France shall not be liable for error or inaccuracy in the graphic or image representation of products displayed on Boutiquedefrance.com website. Order confirmation

To confirm and process your order, payments are requested at time of order placement.

Orders are payable in US Dollars.

Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided within 24 hours of order placement (*except on weekends and holidays where confirmation will be sent on the next open business day). If upon placing your order on-line you don't receive an email confirmation after 24 hours (*), please contact us  contact@boutiquedefrance.com.

Once order is placed and paid, complete order summary and status can be viewed, printed and followed on Customer's Account section under “My Orders”.

The data registered on Boutiquedefrance.com website is proof of all transactions operated between Boutique de France SAS and its customers. In case of legal dispute between Boutique de France SAS and a customer, the data registered by Boutique de France SAS is considered irrefutable proof of content transaction.

Order processing

Allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing and shipment departure, unless otherwise specified. No order processing and shipping on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next open business day.

Product Unavailability

In the very unlikely event that a product would not be available, customer will be informed within 48 hours (except week-ends or holiday). The delivery time of the back-order item will be given. Complete order will be shipped when back-order item is received. Should you not want to wait additional time, you may change to an other product or color, or cancel the order and re-order the available products unless otherwise agreed. If an unavailable product is canceled, a credit voucher of the value of the canceled articles will be issued in the customer's account for future use.

Boutique de France SAS shall not be liable in case of unavailability of products featured on its website.

Order cancellation

Boutique de France SAS reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom there has been legal disputes over previous orders, or if Boutique de France SAS has reasonable elements to suspect that customer is violating, or has violated in the past, the General Sales Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate cause.

PRICES

All prices on  www.boutiquedefrance.com are shown in US$. 

Your invoice will be based on prices shown on Boutiquedefrance.com website at the time of order confirmation. Should there be an error or price change on products or services, you will be notified by Customer Service at order confirmation. Your invoice will be adapted thereof.

Boutique de France reserves the right to change product prices and shipping fees anytime and without notice on its website Boutiquedefrance.com

The total amount of your order will include the shipping fees according to the selected shipping option and country of delivery (see Shipping).

Our prices do not include duty tax and customs fees, nor state or local sales taxes that your Country Authorities may levy on imported goods. Custom clearance and processing of your package is handled by Federal Express local office before delivery. Unless otherwise specified, Customer is responsible for paying due taxes and fees on the goods and shipping charge, upon receipt of FedEx invoice.

Boutique de France SAS will not be liable for duty taxes and fees or any state sales taxes due by the customer or package recipient, unless otherwise specified (USA).

Orders delivered in European Union zone will be charged with 20% VAT (Value-Added Tax), no additional duty fee and taxes will be charged.

Orders delivered in European countries but Non EU zone are duty tax exempted.

Information about customs and duty taxes and fees on this website are indicative only. Boutique de France shall not be liable for eronous information. For any questions regarding duty and customs taxes on imported goods, please check with your Country Customs Authorities.

PAYMENT

Credit cards are accepted for purchases up to US$2,000. Customer may use Visa or Mastercard. Payment with Visa or Mastercard is safe and secured with our partner bank Crédit Mutuel-CIC. Its CM-CIC p@yment platform is PCI DSS certified and 3D secure enabled.

Please note that some US banks may not automatically authorize credit card payment to a foreign merchant. If this happens, a payment error will show at the end of the payment process. In this case, Customer should contact her/his bank as soon as possible to authorize the payment before replacing the order.

Payment with PayPal is also available. Customer may use Visa, Mastercard or American Express card through their PayPal account (additional cards may be available according to country of residence).

Customer credit card will be charged for the total amount due on your purchase (including shipping fees) at the time of order placement. Orders will not be shipped before confirmation receipt of payment from Boutique de France SAS bank or PayPal account.

Payment via bank wire transfer is also welcome. Order processing time will be extended according to bank transfer processing time and confirmation receipt of the order amount on Boutique de France's bank account.


All orders above US$2,000 are payable via bank wire transfer only.

Shipments are operated by Federal Express carrier to all international destinations listed above.

France and Monaco will be serviced by La Poste.

Delivery addresses outside the serviced countries listed above will not be accepted.

Post office box will not be accepted.

Orders will be delivered only to the address provided at time of order placement.

Expected delivery date and tracking number will be notified to you at time of order shipment.

Customs and Duty fees and taxes

Customs and Duty fees and taxes will be upheld by Country's Customs Authorities on imported merchandise. Duty taxes are calculated based on type of merchandise, merchandise value and shipping costs.

For any questions regarding duty and customs taxes on imported goods, please check with your Country Customs Authorities.

In addition, local and State sales taxes may be applied also on merchandise.

Customer is responsible for payment of all customs and duty taxes and fees due on the imported merchandise, and any other additional sales or other taxes that might apply on his purchase by his Country's Administration.

Customs clearance will be executed by Federal Express local office at merchandise port of entry on behalf of Customer. Customer will be billed by Fedex for customs clearance service. Customer is responsible for payment of FedEx invoice.

Boutique de France shall not be liable for Customs clearance taxes and fees due by its Customer.

Orders delivered in European countries but Non EU zone are duty tax exempted.

USA: Duty tax for all US orders are offered by Boutique de France.

DELIVERY

- FedEx International Economy service : 4 to 6 business days delivery *

- FedEx International Express service : 2 to 3 business days delivery *

* according to country of destination

Expected delivery date and FedEx tracking number will be notified to you at time of order shipment. There is no Saturday delivery.

France La Poste Colissimo : 2 to 3 days delivery

Colissimo Tracking Number will be provided.

Boutiquedefrance.com provides estimated delivery times. Occasionally issues beyond our control may arise and may result in additional shipping times. If this happens Boutique de France will contact you as soon as possible to inform you.

Report any delivery delay 8 days at the latest after the expected delivery date.

All shipments are carefully packed and are insured. The customer must check the condition of the packaging as well as the enclosed articles for any shipping damage. Customer is responsible for issuing reserves and making a claim. Customer may refuse the package if is obviously damaged on arrival. Damage notifications must be done within three days of receipt of the shipment to the Carrier with copy to Boutique de France SAS. The failure to claim within the above-mentioned deadlines will extinguish all actions against the carrier in accordance with article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.

RETURNS

Boutique de France SAS only accept returns of delivered products that do not match with the order, or are defective.

The Customer must check immediately upon receipt that the products delivered correspond to the order. In the unlikely event that one or several products do not match the order, are defective, or are missing, please contact Boutique de France SAS immediately at contact@boutiquedefrance.com.

Boutique de France SAS will only accept  to exchange product(s) if sent wrongly, are defective, or missing, and replace with product corresponding to the reference ordered in the first place. Boutique de France will ship the new products to the Customer in FedEx International Economy free of charge.

Customer must return the wrong or defective products unused, complete in their original packaging, together with the return form, within fourteen days (14) following the date of receipt of the order by the Customer. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return and will need to provide proof of return.

Made-to-measure articles and special orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITH FEDERAL EXPRESS CARRIER. If not, French Re-importation taxes and duties will be deducted from refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Right, Chapter 3, Article 6, Customer has 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and cancel his order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

A Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must inform in writing Boutique de France SAS as  contact@boutiquedefrance.com within the allowed claim period.

Products must be returned at Customer's costs within the next 14 days after the date of Withdrawal claim and sent back via FEDERAL EXPRESS CARRIER only. 

Products must be returned complete, un-opened, unused, and in their original packaging, together with Boutique de France SAS original invoice, FedEx invoice for Customs and Duty taxes and fees FedEx with proof of payment thereof. Products must be sent to the following address:

Customer will keep proof of the return shipment and provide it to Boutique de France SAS.

Providing that the above deadlines and rules are respected, Boutique de France SAS will refund the full amount of the invoice including initial shipping costs if paid by customer, and applicable duty Customs and Duty taxes and fees as shown on FedEx invoice at time of initial shipping, within 14 days of receipt of Customer's proof of return shipment for all products comprising of the order for which the withdrawal right was claimed.

Please note, that if products are returned with an other carrier than FEDERAL EXPRESS, French re-importation taxes and duties will be deducted from customer refund.

The right of withdrawal belongs exclusively to the Customer who placed the order and cannot be used by another recipient.

Made-to-measure articles and special orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Boutique de France SAS shall not be held liable for losses resulting from using Boutiquedefrance.com notably such as loss of data, intrusion, computer viruses, termination of the connection, interruption of the connection, or any other problems outside its control.

Boutique de France SAS reserves the right to suspend the use of its website at any time.

Boutique de Francs SAS can never be held liable for any use of the products sold on its website which does not conform with their purpose.

DISPUTE

These General Sales Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Court of Mulhouse shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Customer agree hereby to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that court.
