Product Care Instructions

Beauvillé premium products are made to last for years. In Alsace, they are even often traditionally passed on from mother to daughter.

To maintain a beautiful look and presentation, please follow the care instructions carefully.

Satin cotton and cretonne tablecloths, napkins, placemats, pillow covers, aprons

Before using for the first time, it is recommended to soak the tablecloth in cold water for 12 to 24 hours, changing water is necessary.

Then machine wash separately in warm temperature (30°C/40°C) with little detergent.
Tumble dry at low temperature.
Light ironing on reverse side.

Always wash separately dark and light colors.
Do not place a folded tablecloth in the washing machine.
Spot remover products must be avoided. Do not rub the textile to remove a stain.

May be dry cleaned.

Stain resistant finish tablecloths, placemats, runners

This special treatment has many advantages for your tablecloths and other treated articles in daily use. Spilled liquids will form droplets and particles will not stick allowing an easy wipe with a sponge or cloth. Need for washing will be reduced.
When spill occurs, quickly wipe the spill with a clean and absorbent cloth or dab with a sponge. Do not rub the stain or it may damage the tablecloth fibers.

Machine wash in warm temperature (30°C/40°C) with little wash detergent. Too much detergent will reduce the stain/resistant treatment properties.
Tumble dry low temperature.
Light ironing on reverse side only.
Ironing and drying will reactivate the stain resistant treatment properties.
May be dry cleaned.

Coated tablecloths, placemats with stain resistant finish

These products are treated with 100% acrylic coating and stain resistant finish allowing an easy daily use.

Simply wipe the spills or particles with a clean non abrasive sponge or cloth and hot water. Do not rub or scratch the surface of the products as it will damage it.
Do not use soap or detergent.
Machine wash occasionally at warm temperature (30°C/40°C) using very little soap.
Do not use softener nor bleaching agents!
No tumble drying.
Light ironing on reverse side only.
No dry cleaning.

Tea towels

Machine wash warm (40°C), no bleach.
Tumble dry low temperature.
Light ironing.
Dry clean possible.

Service trays and valet trays

Clean with damp sponge or cloth and little soap and warm water. Wipe dry.
Do not immerse in water, do not put in dishwasher.
Do not put near heating source.
Store in cool place.

Oven mitts and pot holders

Machine wash warm (30°C), gentle cycle, no bleach.
Tumble dry low temperature, gentle cycle.
Do not dry clean.
