Boutique de France SAS only accept returns of delivered products that do not match with the order, or are defective.
The Customer must check immediately upon receipt that the products delivered correspond to the order. In the unlikely event that one or several products do not match the order, are defective, or are missing, please contact Boutique de France SAS immediately at contact@boutiquedefrance.com.
Boutique de France SAS will only accept to exchange product(s) if sent wrongly, are defective, or missing, and replace with product corresponding to the reference ordered in the first place. Boutique de France will ship the new products to the Customer in FedEx International Economy free of charge.
Customer must return the wrong or defective products unused, complete in their original packaging, together with the return form, within fourteen days (14) following the date of receipt of the order by the Customer. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return and will need to provide proof of return.
Made-to-measure articles and special orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITH FEDERAL EXPRESS CARRIER.

In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Right, Chapter 3, Article 6, Customer has 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and cancel his order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
A Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must inform in writing Boutique de France SAS as contact@boutiquedefrance.com within the allowed claim period.
Products must be returned at Customer's costs within the next 14 days after the date of Withdrawal claim and sent back via FEDERAL EXPRESS CARRIER only.
Products must be returned complete, un-opened, unused, and in their original packaging, together with Boutique de France SAS original invoice, FedEx invoice for Customs and Duty taxes and fees FedEx with proof of payment thereof. Products must be sent to the following address:

Customer will keep proof of the return shipment and provide it to Boutique de France SAS.
Providing that the above deadlines and rules are respected, Boutique de France SAS will refund the full amount of the invoice including initial shipping costs if paid by customer, and applicable duty Customs and Duty taxes and fees as shown on FedEx invoice at time of initial shipping, within 14 days of receipt of Customer's proof of return shipment for all products comprising of the order for which the withdrawal right was claimed.
Please note, that if products are returned with an other carrier than FEDERAL EXPRESS, French re-importation taxes and duties will be deducted from customer refund.
The right of withdrawal belongs exclusively to the Customer who placed the order and cannot be used by another recipient.
Made-to-measure articles and special orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
